About the role:
- The employee will be responsible for driving client-centric implementation of best practice customer journeys and features by collaborating with business stakeholders, partnering with analysts and testers to identify & target customer pain points or areas of improvement and help shape strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration of leading No-code platforms from design to production release.
- Analyse and model the solution to help seamlessly integrate the solution with the client’s ecosystem.
- Proactively manage best configuration practices ensuring secure, reliable, and predictable outcomes.
- Provide high-quality deliverables through testing and validation of the configured solution.
- Develop strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders.
- Focus on providing an intuitive and engaging customer experience
- Champion project success through collaboration, support, and a proactive attitude.
- Author and update internal and external documentation.
- Support the development of new assets and accelerators.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle of modern enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with scripting a language such as Python or PowerShell, or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with the financial services domain, Digital Banking, AML, CTF, or TM (Transaction Monitoring) experience is beneficial.
- Experience working on Agile or other modern project management methodologies.
- Experience with configuration of low-code or no-code platforms.
- General knowledge of IT terminology, architectures, and systems
- Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Work Details:
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment
