About the role
- The employee will define an optimal solution for our clients by gaining a clear understanding of their current business processes, regulatory obligations, and pain points. By building strong relationships with client stakeholders on various levels and demonstrating professionalism in workshops and presentations, the employee will drive and guide the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis through the discovery of existing processes and collaboration on improvements.
- Self-manage workshops, reviews, and signoffs while keeping track of schedule to ensure organized project progression.
- Develop strong relationships within the project team, client team, and technology partners.
- Provide thought leadership, act as a trusted advisor, and influence clients to design solutions that are well aligned with the capabilities of provided platforms.
- Champion project success through collaboration, support, and a proactive attitude.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, deliver training sessions and demonstrations to stakeholders and end-users.
- Keep current and understand the future direction of industry best practices, regulatory developments, and partner platform capabilities.
- Seek and support improvements and initiatives within the Business Consultancy practice.
- Support, mentor, and guide more junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of consultancy experience, preferably with a consulting company
- Advanced organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
- Proven success working with complex software products in enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Work Details:
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment
