Flexisource IT goes to Cebu to host a Year-End Party on 03 December 2024 at the stunning The Reef Island Resort in Mactan, Cebu. The event brought together employees from the Visayas and Mindanao regions for an evening filled with excitement, gratitude, and camaraderie as employees celebrated their hard work and achievements over the past year.
A Night of Fun and Excitement
The evening commenced with a warm welcome from CEO Richard Gross, setting a positive tone for the festivities. He reflected on the company’s achievements over the past year and expressed gratitude for the team’s dedication.
Subsequently, the management team and organisers introduced themselves to the attendees, providing an opportunity to connect better. This was followed by individual introductions from attendees.
The highlight of the evening was the raffle draw, featuring various prizes that added excitement to the gathering. Afterward, all participants were encouraged to write down what they were thankful for this year and the COO chose the first four early birds to share personal reflections on gratitude.
The ceremony also honored loyalty awardees and brown bag facilitators. COO Missy Arcenal concluded the formal program with closing remarks, emphasising the importance of unity and continuous growth.
The evening transitioned into a networking session, allowing employees to mingle and strengthen professional relationships. During this time, Project Managers engaged in discussions with their Direct Reports. This fostered open communication within teams.
