About the Role

  • We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as Sales and Marketing Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our services and drive sales growth.
  • Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, digital-based sales, strong communication skills, and a consistent work ethic. Additionally, you must have a desire to be part of a fast-growing and exciting company that delivers high-level services to Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures, and to identify new business and sales opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans that outline goals, tactics, and timelines to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive awareness, increase reach and engagement on various social media platforms.
  • Conduct Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting to generate revenue.
  • Campaign Development: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital media, social media, email, and PPC advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Create timely and compelling messages that connect with our clients and prospects, particularly in identifying and addressing their pain points.
  • Create and manage outbound marketing strategies..
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop business strategies and requirements to guide marketing efforts.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns and messaging.
  • With recent experience in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Candidates must have a solid understanding of sales funnels, including lead generation, conversion strategies, and customer journey mapping, to effectively drive sales and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Must have experience in dealing with Australian clients and has the ability to identify clients’ pain points.
  • Must have experience in email marketing and automation tools like Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or Hubspot.
  • Experience or expertise in corporate branding is an advantage.

Work Details

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
  • Location: Makati | Hybrid (Onsite-Tuesday/Thursday)
  • Status: Full time employment
