Some years deserve more than a quiet wrap-up. Some years deserve laughter, sunshine, shared meals, and moments that remind us why we do what we do. For Flexisource IT, 2025 was one of those years.
To celebrate everything we achieved together, our team came together for a two-day getaway that was all about fun, connection, and reflection. In December, more than 70 of our team members gathered at a popular beach in Subic, Zambales for our end-of-year celebration, proudly themed “End the year with a splash!”
Oh and, what a splash it was.
This company trip was our chance to pause, breathe, laugh, and truly enjoy each other’s company after a big year of hard work. It was about celebrating wins, strengthening bonds, and ending 2025 feeling proud, grateful, and excited for what comes next.
From beach swims and shared meals to talent shows and heartfelt speeches, these two days reminded us that Flexisource IT is more than a workplace. It’s a team that shows up for each other.
Event Overview
Day 1 Highlights (December 4)
Arrival and Welcome
Day 1 began with the arrival of team members at ACEA Beach Resort. One by one, familiar faces appeared, each greeted with warm hellos and big smiles. For many, this was the first time meeting teammates in person after months of working online.
There was a sense of excitement in the air. Bags were dropped off, photos were taken, and everyone quickly settled into holiday mode. The sound of waves nearby made it even easier to slow down and enjoy the moment.
Buffet Lunch
After arrival, everyone gathered for a buffet lunch. The food was plentiful, delicious, and perfect for sharing. Tables filled with conversation, laughter, and stories from the year.
Some talked about work wins. Others shared travel stories or personal milestones. It was a reminder that while we work together every day, moments like this allow us to really connect as people.
Check-In and Afternoon Free Time
Once lunch was done, it was time to check-in to our rooms. After settling in, the afternoon was left open for everyone to enjoy however they liked.
Many headed straight to the pool or the beach. Some swam, others relaxed by the water, and a few simply enjoyed sitting in the shade with friends. Laughter echoed across the resort as teammates enjoyed this rare chance to slow down together.
This free time was one of the best parts of the day. There was no rush. No meetings. Just time to enjoy being present.
Evening Program: Dinner, Talent Show, and Awards
As the sun began to set, everyone came together for the evening programme. Dinner was served, and the atmosphere shifted from relaxed to celebratory.
The talent show was a true highlight. Team members surprised everyone with performances that were funny, creative, and full of heart. From singing and dancing to unexpected acts, the room was filled with applause and laughter.
After the talent show, it was time for awards. This was a moment to recognise hard work, dedication, and the many contributions made throughout the year. Each award was met with cheers and smiles, and it was clear how much appreciation filled the room.
The Party
Once the formal programme ended, the party began. Music played, people danced, and the energy stayed high late into the night. It was a celebration in the truest sense.
There were no titles or roles. Just teammates enjoying the moment together. The kind of night that stays with you long after it ends.
Day 2 Highlights (December 5)
Morning Activities
Day 2 started gently. After a good night’s rest, everyone gathered for breakfast, sharing stories from the night before and enjoying a calm start to the day.
The morning offered time for water activities, swimming, or simply relaxing by the beach. Some took a final dip in the ocean. Others enjoyed quiet conversations or took photos to remember the trip.
It was a peaceful and happy way to end the celebration.
Departure
Soon, it was time to pack up and say goodbye to the resort. While leaving always brings a little sadness, there was also a strong feeling of gratitude. Everyone left feeling refreshed, connected, and proud to be part of the Flexisource IT team.
Memorable Moments
Some moments stay with you long after an event ends. This trip was full of them.
There were candid photos of teammates laughing mid-conversation. Group shots by the water. Quiet moments shared over coffee. Spontaneous jokes that had everyone laughing.
