Dothy is a seasoned project manager at Flexisource IT, with over 12 years of expertise in quality assurance and testing. As a QA lead, she is passionate about empowering her team, fostering growth, and helping them achieve their full potential.
Among her proudest achievements is building a high-performing QA team from scratch that supported various clients across the Asia-Pacific Region.
Mathieu Manalo
Mathieu is a seasoned IT professional with over 9 years of experience in industries such as Network Infrastructure, Perimeter Security, VoIP/Collaboration, and Cybersecurity. He has also successfully managed a Global Support Team for the past three years.
Beyond that, he has a strong background in in Ethical Hacking, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
Berlyn Decena
Berlyn is a skilled IT professional with over 10 years of experience in roles like Software Engineer, Business Analyst, and Product Manager. As a Senior Product Manager, she leads a team through Agile practices, delivering innovative software solutions to our clients.Â
Beyond development, she is fluent in Korean and skilled in technical translation, adding a global perspective to her work.
