In this role you will

  • Solve application support questions from global customer base
  • Provide support to sales, training, and implementation teams
  • Work some seasonal shift hours or be oncall during harvest periods
  • Work with the development team to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to internal and customer facing documentation and training materials

To be successful you’ll have

  • A passion for software and digital products
  • Great problem-solving skills and a desire to help others
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
  • A high level of initiative and attention to detail
  • A love of wine or other craft beverages
  • A terrific and professional phone manner
  • Google Sheets or Excel knowledge

Desirable skills include:

  • Multilingual in Spanish, Italian or French
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Wine production experience or knowledge
